WITHIN AUSTRALIA:
  • Australia Post Standard Shipping (2 - 5 business days) - $9.95
  • Australia Post Express Shipping (1-3 business days) - $14.95
Mumma Staple is not responsible for parcels that are lost, damaged or delayed in transit due to the fault of Australia Post - we will trace your parcel on your behalf and do everything we can to locate your parcel, and lodge an investigation if required. A gift voucher less any "return to sender" fees will be issued for all parcels which are "returned to sender". We do not resend parcels for free once they have been sent back to us as a "return to sender".

RETURNS

Please note that all sale items are final sale and are not eligible for exchanges or returns. We appreciate your understanding and thank you for your support!

For our wonderful community, we’ve loved every moment of our journey at Mumma Staple, but for now, we’ve decided to take a pause to pivot the business and explore new directions for our brand.

With that, we are clearing out all current stock.

AFTERPAY
If you have purchased through AfterPay, the returns process is the same as the above. If a store credit is issued, your AfterPay payment plan will continue. If a refund is issued, any future payments will cease and any payments made will be refunded to your account.

CONDITIONS
Any item returned must be returned in the condition you received it. All packaging/tags must still be in tact, items must not be washed and items must be in unused/unworn condition. 

Shipping costs are non-refundable and the responsibility of the purchaser.


FAULTY ITEMS
We quality check every item before it is shipped out and have a strict quality control procedure. If for some reason you think you have received a faulty item, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your item so we can offer you a resolution.
